Videoland Rental Policy/Agreement
Rental clients are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Client will pay or be charged a minimum rental fee per our published rental rate sheet unless other rates or fees have been approved by management. Each day that the equipment is kept beyond the basic rental period the client will pay or be charged for an additional day’s rental charge at regular rates.
- Client may charge rental items to a major credit card. Videoland has the right to bill credit card account for applicable charges per the rental agreement if rental fee is not paid according to agreed terms. A Credit card or cash may be required for a deposit.
- The client acknowledges that the liability for defects in our video equipment and accessories or any damages that occur from renting such equipment will be limited to a similar rental period replacement of such equipment. There are no warranties expressed or implied. The client will not be entitled to any special or consequential damages due to the use of the rental equipment and/or accessories from Videoland.
- The client agrees to return all equipment in the same condition as when rented except for normal wear and tear that would occur from ordinary use. In the case of deliberate, negligent or accidental damage to Videoland equipment the client understands that he/she will be responsible for paying the established retail cost to repair or replace rented equipment
- The client understands and agrees that nothing relieves he/she from the responsibility to return rented equipment or accessories to our facilities at 805 College St. Lacey, Washington 98503, unless other arrangements are made. Title to and ownership of rented equipment or accessories shall remain in and with Videoland Productions.
